Protests at the UN meeting in Brazil

Thousands of peasants from Via Campesina, Brazil's Landless Workers Movement (MST), and the Brazilian Movement of people affected by large dams (MAB) protested outside the United Nations COP8 meeting in Brazil March 20-31 2006.
